Partnerships
Nordic knowledge, clearer communication and responsible cooperation.
Harbour Consulting AB is a Sweden-based, Nordic-centred consulting and information company. We work with organisations that want to communicate more clearly with Chinese-speaking students, researchers, professionals and entrepreneurs. Our role is to organise information, support communication and create realistic, well-governed pathways — not to promise admissions, permits, employment or commercial outcomes.
OUR APPROACH
Useful connections begin with clear roles.
Credible communication, respectful handling of information and a shared understanding of responsibility are central to every collaboration. We work from official sources where available, respect institutional approval processes and use personal data only where it is necessary for an agreed purpose.
01
Universities & education providers
Clear Chinese-facing communication for Nordic study, research and student-preparation pathways.

We can help structure official information for Chinese-speaking audiences, prepare pre-arrival or onboarding resources, design application-readiness webinars and direct users to the relevant official sources. We do not act as an admissions office or make decisions on behalf of an institution.
02
Research institutions & academic networks
Responsible visibility for PhD opportunities, research pathways and academic preparation.

We can support opportunity communication, explain position-based PhD systems, prepare information sessions and develop applicant-readiness resources. Vacancy information remains linked to official sources; selection, supervision and employment decisions always remain with the institution.
03
Schools, agencies & communities
Accurate Nordic information, student preparation and structured materials for your audience.

For organisations working with Chinese-speaking students or families, we can provide Nordic system overviews, programme and pathway information, pre-departure content and approved communication materials. Cooperation is scoped in writing and does not involve unapproved claims or outcome guarantees.

Professional & business partners
First-line information organisation and consent-led coordination within clear professional boundaries.

We can help identify a client’s stage, organise practical questions and refer users to an appropriate qualified professional where necessary. Regulated legal, tax, accounting, migration-representation and financial matters remain the independent responsibility of authorised partners.
HOW WE WORK
Deliberate, transparent, practical.
- 01
Scope & fit
We begin with the audience, objective, territory and responsibilities — then define a focused, realistic remit.
- 02
Information & approval
Public wording is accurate, source-led and agreed by the relevant parties before it is shared.
- 03
Delivery & review
We deliver the agreed activity, use only the data needed and revisit what is useful as the collaboration develops.
WORKING PRINCIPLES
Partnership without overstatement.
We value long-term trust over quick claims. Information is presented with context; service boundaries are stated plainly; and any third-party referral is introduced as an independent professional relationship. Each cooperation is confirmed in writing, with expectations around content, communication and privacy made clear from the outset.
LET’S TALK
Start a conversation.
To discuss a potential collaboration, send a short introduction to your organisation and the audience you wish to reach.
